We will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number so that you can send us the defect part under warranty.After receipt we will either replace the part,repair it or if either of those two options are unavailable we will credit you the full amount.

RMA Conditions :

All returned goods must have a clear RMA number on the outside of the package.

All goods should be well packed to prevent damage

Goods that are tested as good and have been returned as an RMA will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the original value.

All RMA's need to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the RMA number.After that the RMA nr will be declared as non-valid.
